If Nirmal Baba Computer Education cancels a batch or course due to internal reasons, students are eligible for a full refund or may opt to shift to another batch.

c. Technical or Payment Errors

If any extra amount is deducted due to:

1. Payment gateway error
2. Duplicate payment
3. System failure
4. Refund will be issued after proper verification.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

1. Student decides to leave the course after it has started
2. Absence, poor attendance, or lack of participation by the student
3. Failure to complete assignments or assessments
4. Student misconduct or violation of institute rules
5. Dissatisfaction based on teaching style or personal preference
6. Fee paid for study materials, registration, or administrative charges

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, students must:

3. Mention transaction details and ID proof

Refund requests usually take 5–10 working days to be reviewed and processed.

5. Mode of Refund

1. All approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or the original payment method.
2. Cash refunds will not be issued.
